Job description
Overview

Position: Regional Operations Leader

Company: P3 Veterinary Partners

Location: Ontario (hybrid role, remote and on-site at clinics)

Job Type: Full-time Employment

Description: P3 Veterinary Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader (ROL) to join our dynamic and innovative team in a full-time capacity. This ROL role will be responsible for supporting hospital operations, patient care, client service, teamwork, and overall business functions of P3 veterinary hospitals in Ontario. We would like to invite candidates living anywhere within Ontario to apply as this is a remote position, with routine travel to P3 clinics required. Regional managers and leaders with experience in the veterinary industry, dentistry (dental), ophthalmology, physiotherapy, chiropractor, accounting, or a related professional service focused on customer service are encouraged to apply.

P3 stands for Pets-People-Practice. Balance is the goal, because achieving strong, long-term results in veterinary medicine means paying attention to and managing the relationship between all three Ps.

Our Values:

Pets Pet Focused

People One Team, Service Driven

Practice Honest, Hardworking, Continuously Improving

Our Purpose: To empower veterinary teams to live their passion and focus on unparalleled care for pets and the people who love them.

Our Vision: To be the best place to work in veterinary medicine.

What does YOUR success look like? As a Regional Operations Leader at P3, you own overall responsibility for the performance and success of a group of hospitals, including patient care, client service, teamwork, and administration. Success comes from combining an understanding of clinical best practices with strong leadership that develops hospital leaders (Practice Managers and Medical/Facility Directors), enabling them to grow their teams and deliver excellent results. Challenges are viewed as opportunities, and even difficult conversations are approached with fairness and courage. Leadership is not just about professional development, it elevates how hospital leaders, and their teams, show up for one another and for our clients.

Success in this role involves meeting regional goals and, more importantly, it’s about how leadership is practiced every day. Regional Operations Leaders lead with purpose, showing commitment, honesty, adaptability, and clear communication. They are strategic thinkers who work closely with hospital leaders to align decisions with long-term growth, community needs, and organizational priorities. They act quickly to ensure the right people are in the right seats, addressing underperformance or misalignment with fairness and clarity. Collaboration is also essential. Regional Operations Leaders embody a one-team approach, working alongside hospital leaders, and home office colleagues to build mutual respect and trust that extends across hospitals and into the broader community.
