Team Red Dog is looking for a Program Manager 3 for Reporting & Analytics Development to join our Global Technology client\'s team in Redmond, WA. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead a small team of developers while collaborating closely with engineers and business stakeholders. 1. Reporting and Data Analytics (Power BI or similar, 5+ years): Proven experience in building, delivering, and refining business reports and analytics to support decision-making.
2. Project Management (3–5 years): Ability to lead reporting and analytics initiatives, manage cross-functional timelines, and deliver on project milestones.
3. Technical Collaboration (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar, 3–5 years): Skilled at working with developers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

This role is a unique opportunity to bridge technical and business teams, leading efforts to deliver critical reporting solutions that inform operational decisions. • Lead a small team of developers to design and deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Gather and refine business requirements for reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and data teams to define and align on KPIs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and governance standards are applied across datasets.
• Manage UAT testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide program management support, including schedules, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Deliver executive and stakeholder reports with insights into program performance and business adoption.

• 5–7 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading reporting/analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams (U.S. and India).
