We’re searching for a Program Manager with a background in the pharma agency/ healthcare space for a leading BioPharma Client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Publicis Health Toronto (PHT).
Program managers need strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills. They also need to be able to manage stakeholders and have knowledge of change management and performance evaluation.
The Program Manager will have a strong understanding of the creative process from brief though to production, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with Account Managers within a Production environment, the Program Manager will lead project schedules, resources and workflows on a variety of digital projects; banners, social ads, website, photoshoots. The Program Manager will focus on the end-to-end project workflow, the delivery of high quality and efficient work, while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
