Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Ingénierie dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour diriger la fonction ingénierie de notre site de production pharmaceutique. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) disposera d’une solide expertise technique, d’un leadership éprouvé et d’une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets d’investissement (CAPEX). Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir que nos installations, utilités, équipements et procédés répondent aux plus hauts standards de sécurité, de conformité, de performance et de croissance dans un environnement réglementé. Leadership en ingénierie

• Diriger, développer et encadrer l'équipe ingénierie (installations, maintenance, ingénierie projets, utilités, etc.).
• Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d’ingénierie en cohérence avec les objectifs opérationnels et business.
• Favoriser l’amélioration continue en matière de fiabilité des équipements, de systèmes de maintenance et de performance opérationnelle.

• Piloter la planification, le budget et l’exécution des projets d’investissement (greenfield, brownfield, modernisation des équipements).
• Garantir la livraison des projets CAPEX dans les délais, dans le respect des budgets, en conformité avec les BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), et avec un minimum d’impact sur les opérations.
• Préparer et présenter les dossiers d’investissement auprès de la direction exécutive.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de Production, Qualité, Supply Chain et HSE pour soutenir les objectifs de production et la stratégie du site.
• Gérer les prestataires externes, fournisseurs et consultants pour fournir des solutions et services techniques.

• S’assurer que toutes les activités d’ingénierie respectent les exigences cGMP, réglementaires et EHS (Environnement, Hygiène et Sécurité).
• Participer activement aux audits et inspections : préparation, exécution, mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
• Maintenir l’infrastructure du site et les utilités critiques (HVAC, eau purifiée, air comprimé, etc.) dans un état validé.

• Promouvoir l’adoption de nouvelles technologies, l’automatisation et les initiatives Industrie 4.0 pour améliorer les procédés de fabrication et d’ingénierie.
• Être un ambassadeur des initiatives de durabilité et d’efficacité énergétique à l’échelle du site.

• Diplôme d’ingénieur (Bac+5) ou Master en ingénierie (mécanique, industrielle, chimique, électrique ou équivalent).
• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie dans un environnement pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique soumis aux BPF, dont au moins 5 ans à un poste de direction.
• Certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Succès démontré dans la gestion de projets CAPEX de différentes envergures et complexités.
• Solide compréhension des procédés de fabrication pharmaceutique, conception d’installations et systèmes utilitaires.
• Expertise en normes d’ingénierie, validation et qualification (QI/QO/QP).
• Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projets (certification PMP appréciée).
• Excellentes compétences en leadership, gestion d’équipes et collaboration interfonctionnelle.
• Forte aisance financière : maîtrise des budgets, contrôle des coûts.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering function at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and robust capital project (CAPEX) management experience. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities, utilities, equipment, and processes meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, growth, and efficiency in a regulated environment. As our organization continues to grow within the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an inspiring leader who can energize teams, drive innovation, and help shape the future of our operations.

Engineering Leadership

• Lead, develop, and manage the engineering team (facilities, maintenance, project engineering, utilities, etc.).
• Establish and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and operational performance.

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital investment projects (greenfield, brownfield, and equipment upgrades).
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of CAPEX projects while maintaining GMP compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
• Prepare and present business cases for capital investments to executive leadership.

• Ensure all engineering activities comply with cGMP, regulatory, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements.
• Support audits and inspections, including preparation, execution, and remediation actions.
• Maintain site infrastructure and critical utilities (HVAC, purified water, compressed air, etc.) in validated state.

• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to support production goals and site strategy.
• Manage external contractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver technical solutions and services.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the facility.
