Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients.
- Liaise with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals.
- Handle documentation and submissions related to insurance and public funding programs.
- Implement Financial Means Tests to enhance patient prescription drug coverage.
- Report all adverse events to the appropriate departments.

- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
- Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
