About this position:

What you’ll do:

• Leads delivery of resident-centered care services on a shift- by-shift basis and in accordance with program goals and processes
• Evaluates effectiveness of high-quality care and service provision on an ongoing basis
• Liaises with residents, families and health authority
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Completion of Practical Nurse program from an accredited educational institution and practicing membership of the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum of two years experience successfully coordinating care and service delivery within a complex care environment preferred
• First Aid certificate required

Wage Levelling Salary: $32.84 - $55.91 per hour
