Qualifications

  • Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans.
  • Document resident care and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with medical team on personalized care.

Skills

BCLS/ACLS
Specialized skills in Medical/Surgical Nursing
Ability to plan, organize and problem solve
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of Meditech Information System

Education

Valid and current registered member with the College of Nurses of Ontario
CPR certification
Vulnerable Sector Check
Proof of Covid Vaccination
TB test or Chest Xray
