The Go-To-Market Evolution Team sits at the heart of an end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We act as an internal consultancy that identifies, suggests, and conceptualizes process optimization opportunities while providing strategic planning support, evaluating & driving synergies, streamlining processes, and making actionable recommendations to raise efficiency and drive profitability.

We always have the guest in mind when we identify, and drive integration needs across the value chain and make recommendations for action in alignment with the Company's overall strategy. The team members are essential thought partners with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, supply chain/sourcing, finance, merchandising, planning, marketing, region, brand, and channels.

This means taking a holistic approach to meet our guest expectations by improving our GTM processes and timelines, establish a KPI driven approach on how we got to market that complements our creativity, and increase our partner collaboration while yielding higher quality processes, better strategy integration and an authentic engagement with all involved parties.

The selected candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and team leader experience who can provide input into future growth opportunities, along with strategic directions and priorities while integrating cross-functional strategies into the GTM process.

core responsibilities

As Senior Analyst you will support the GTM Evolution team in partnering with leaders across the organization to deliver lululemon's transformation agenda. You will do this by supporting work-streams in large-scale business transformation programs. Responsibilities include the project management and documentation of scoping, exploration, planning, solutioning, and process mapping.

Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like clarifying strategic questions, design solutions, project managing your work stream, and document creation (deck building).

  • Transform our GTM processes by supporting/leading the execution of cross-functional work streams.
  • Conduct problem/opportunity identification, capability modelling, interaction diagramming, process mapping, and options analysis.
  • Act as an internal advisor to Design, Product & Technical Development, Merchandising, Brand, and/or Supply Chain leaders to design solutions that achieve GTM objectives while considering cross-functional tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts
  • Define objectives, plan agendas and prepare materials for workshops, leadership enrolments, and engagement sessions.
  • Support leader in defining work stream approaches, stakeholder engagement plans, and implementation/change strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the business to plan and deliver robust solutions - incl. product management, change management, communications, learning and training, enterprise transformation, org design, etc.
  • Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed
qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience with process optimization/transformation, including experience with operating model design, stakeholder workshopping, leadership alignment, change and implementation planning/delivery.
  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions
  • Ability to drive problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modelling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts
  • Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
