The Concept Creator, Advanced Concepts is a problem solver and connector who brings tangible innovations to life-from ideation through proof of concept (POC). In this role, you will partner with designers, researchers, and materials teams to understand the technology solutions behind ideas and translate critical thinking into workable concepts for testing and validation.
You thrive in ambiguity and embrace an innovation mindset-comfortable with not knowing and driven by curiosity. This role centers on apparel product development, requiring strong technical design expertise to create and refine prototypes, including sewing, fitting, and adjusting garments. You will elevate creation by iterating through concepts and prototypes in our in‑house workshop.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $96,800 - $127,100 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
