As a Sr. Brand Manager on the Global Brand Lifestyle team, you lead how lululemon shows up in the world. You are responsible for defining and driving our global brand strategy, building seasonal product storytelling frameworks, driving synergy across the Global Brand Management function. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Brand Creative, Brand Channels, and Regional Marketing to deliver projects that spark desire, drive brand relevance, and elevate lululemon's presence in culture.
You are the strategic connector-orchestrating how global stories come to life consistently across markets while empowering regions to adapt with cultural nuance and relevance. From long-range planning to seasonal briefs to full-funnel go-to-market, you guide cross-functional teams toward a unified brand point of view that ladders up to our purpose: elevating human possibility by helping people feel their best.
Your work shapes the backbone of the Lifestyle Global Brand Calendar, drives clarity for partners, and ensures that every story we tell feels distinctly lululemon.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
