The Special Projects, Strategic Business Operations team supports the Brand and Product Activation Office to drive Special Projects, Collaborations, and other fast‑tracked product endeavors forward. Our team oversees the bodies of work to deliver Special Projects by acting as a strategic thought partner, managing Program Deliverables, Project Plans, Risks, Budgets, Roadmaps and supporting overall strategy definition and execution.
The Special Projects, Project Manager is accountable for driving project objectives forward through development of project plans and reporting associated with the delivery and governance of special projects. This person is a leader who leverages stakeholder influence and persuasive skills to drive special projects forward while maintaining product and brand strategy and partnership requirements.
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
