Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we’re in. Through visual and verbal storytelling, we elevate the performance of our products and fuel brand love, awareness, and demand across NA.
As the Copy Director, you will lead the regional copywriting team and own the storytelling across lululemon’s campaigns, product moments, and brand initiatives. You will shape and drive our regional copy strategy, mentor a team of writers, and ensure every message reflects who we are-globally aligned, locally resonant, brand differentiated, and unmistakably human.
You will oversee all major brand campaigns (including OOH, Ambassador, in‑store, and experiential), as well as guide and elevate lower‑tier messaging across CRM, digital, and ecommerce.
