The MP&A Product Management team is focused on improving processes and systems that impact lululemon's merchandising, planning, and allocations teams.We identify key business requirements that support our global MP&A processes ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies.We provide the business process context necessary to guide technical decision making, while leveraging our connection with the business to enroll stakeholders on key process changes and impacts.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$105,800 - 138,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
