Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking an Engineering Technician specializing in mechanical testing. The role involves performing hands-on tests on medical devices while ensuring adherence to strict regulatory procedures. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomechanical engineering and strong attention to detail. The position offers a 12-month contract in Canada, Manitoba, with a total of 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience with using testing equipment in a laboratory or QC.
- Able to maintain concentration during long test durations.
- Good communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Perform bench-level mechanical tests of medical devices.
- Follow written test procedures without constant supervision.
- Record and report test data accurately.
