We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Security Manager to oversee and manage daily security operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational compliance, staff performance, and client satisfaction

• Manage day-to-day security operations across allocated sites
• Supervise, deploy, and discipline security personnel
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Handle client queries and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Compile operational reports for management
• Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management
• Oversee uniforms, equipment, and operational readiness
• Proven experience as an operations Manager within the security industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong knowledge of security operations and legislation
• Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required
