We are hiring an IT Software Test Engineer II, IT Quality Assurance!

The Opportunity

The role involves building scalable, high-quality test automation solutions within an agile Scrum team, focusing on functional automation, API testing, and code reviews. You will also coach junior testers and contribute to testing internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support or lead automation testing frameworks and tools
• Provide expertise in automation testing design and architecture
• Mentor and coach junior Test Engineers
• Review code and artefacts
• Develop and maintain test automation systems
• Execute automated tests and analyze failures
• Report defects and collaborate with development teams
• Test programming changes affecting various systems
• Assist in software release preparations

Skills and Attributes

• Independent thinker, problem solver, quick learner
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, JavaScript
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communicator for cross-functional collaboration
• Self-motivated, organized, deadline-oriented

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• 3-5+ years in a similar testing role (SDET)
• Experience with automation frameworks, Selenium, Git, Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with SQL and API testing tools (SoapUI, Postman)
• Knowledge of agile and Scrum methodologies

• Office-based with periods of high workload and tight deadlines
