Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant in corporate law preferred.
  • Legal Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage legal documents, ensuring compliance and organization.
  • Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, maintaining professionalism.
