Salary: $95K++

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of routine litigation proceedings.
  • Prepare affidavits of documents, refusals, and motions.
  • Draft and enforce court orders, including garnishments, and perfect appeals.
  • Conduct preliminary due diligence investigations through to judgment and enforcement.
  • Support civil and commercial litigation matters at all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, including tribunals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of law clerk experience in litigation.
  • Experience handling complex litigation files is required.
  • Completion of a recognized Law Clerk post‑secondary program.
  • eDiscovery experience is an asset (e.g., Relativity).
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong word processing, spelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Proven time management, organization, and multi‑tasking skills; ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to follow up independently on files and outstanding matters.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
