Qualifications

  • Must be a paralegal licensed with the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
  • Experience or coursework in health and safety, workers’ compensation, or disability management preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a customer support role.

Responsibilities

  • Support Workers’ Compensation Case Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate information flow to Claims Management Coordinators.
  • Process invoices in Kofax and Abiliti Case Management Systems.
