A healthcare consulting firm is seeking a Business Analyst III specializing in Clinical/Surgical Systems for remote work in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in surgical workflows and EHR implementations, as well as strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting EHR/CIS initiatives. A university degree in Healthcare or related fields is a must along with a minimum of five years of experience in similar roles.
Location: Fredericton, NB (Remote)
Contract Duration: Approx. 500 days (7.5 hours/day)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III (Clinical / Surgical) to support healthcare information system initiatives within the Department of Health. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document surgical and perioperative business requirements in support of enterprise‑scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Clinical Information System (CIS) implementations. This role requires strong experience in acute care surgical workflows, clinical informatics, and hands‑on participation in healthcare IT transformation projects.
