A higher education institution in Prince George is seeking a full-time sessional instructor for the Medical Laboratory Technology Science Program. The role involves teaching both theory and practical lab skills to students and supervising their progress. Candidates should have a Medical Laboratory Technology Diploma, at least five years of professional experience, and teaching experience. The salary range is $73,879 - $87,659, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Medical Laboratory Technology Diploma required, preferably with a Bachelor's degree.
- Five years of recent experience in the profession.
- Teaching experience and administrative experience preferred.
Responsabilités
- Teach theory and lab instruction in the Medical Laboratory Technology Science Program.
- Supervise and monitor 2nd year students’ progression.
- Organize practicum placements and manage program issues.
