Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to a vehicle.
• Satisfactory criminal reference check.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily schedule of specimen collection visits.
• Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings.
• Collect and deliver specimens to labs for testing.
• Book patient appointments and explain specimen collection processes.
• Liaise with doctors regarding patient issues and scheduling.
