WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in Waterloo, ON, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the food services.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including ordering, managing inventory and budgets, menu planning, staff training, and ensuring health and safety standards are met according to Dana Hospitality guidelines. You will work closely with the client and Food Service Director to ensure the highest quality of food and service for our students and guests.
