Job Summary
As a Recruiting Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services. You will be recruiting, evaluating, and placing finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions with our clients. Providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates, offering consistent communication and career guidance to candidates, and participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community are also key aspects of this role.
The typical salary range for this position is $68,640 to $71,000, negotiable depending on experience and location. The position is eligible for a performance-based bonus.
