A family-focused chiropractic wellness center in Ontario is seeking a vibrant Office Administrator to join their team. The role involves scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records. This position starts as full-time maternity leave coverage and transitions to a part-time role. Candidates should have a bubbly personality and team spirit, and a High School Diploma or GED is required. Training is available for the right candidate.
We are actively seeking a vibrant and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We are a local family-owned, family-focused chiropractic wellness centre that has practiced for 17+ years. We have two locations that are both within multi-business complexes, one is in Kingston’s west-end and the other one on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. This position is a full time maternity leave coverage for both clinic locations and then a part time permanent position in the Kingston location following maternity leave coverage. Monday- Kingston 7am-10:30am & 2:30pm-5:00pm
Wednesday- Kingston 7am-10:30am & 2:30pm-5:30pm
