Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and interviewing candidates. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience, preferably in IT recruitment, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers health benefits, competitive commission, and is fully remote.

- Oversee full‑cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process through to offer
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms
- Manage candidate database via our ATS
- Effectively manage the expectations of both client and candidate
- 5+ year of experience in full‑cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a recruitment agency
- IT / Software Development / Technical permanent recruiting (preference)
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with the various recruitment tools
- Understanding of technical and non‑technical requirements
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Sales experience (Preferable)
