Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include planning menus, maintaining food cost records, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is on-site only, with no remote work options available.

- Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items.
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
