The Role:

We are seeking a Sales Associate for our Guildford Town Centre location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate POS (point of sale) systems and handle merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, and price markdowns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at the store level.
• Stay updated on our products and services.
• Engage with customers on culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and politely.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Capable of multitasking and learning new programs swiftly.
