The purpose of this position is to staff Chef positions for remote Northern Saskatchewan sites – mines and exploration camps. TO START ASAP. Salary starts at $64,000.00 per year, PLUS we cover your travel (flights & mileage), meals & accommodation. We also offer a benefits plan and a yearly bonus up to 5% of your annual salary (based on company performance).

What you will do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- Manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Shift work at remote sites – mining facilities & exploration camps.
- Work schedule: 2 weeks in-and-out rotations.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal, and Gluten allergy cooking variations.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- Valid Driver’s license preferred.
- Current First Responder certificate is an asset.
- Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer relation skills.
