• Support product lifecycle management and course development for Advanced Career Training (ACT) catalogs
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy and localization needs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materials
• Assist with third-party vendor reviews and onboarding processes
• Represent Product Managers in meetings and support with data analysis and launch logistics

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and/or French (preferred)
• Strong multitasking and project management skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet (preferred)

• Proficiency in English and French and/or Spanish (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with SEO, competitive intelligence, and localization practices
• Experience in education, workforce development, or bilingual content development
