What You’ll Do:

As the sole recruiter leading sales hiring across 86+ locations in 12 states, you’ll own every aspect of a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting function. In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles - sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates with speed, empathy, and precision.
  • Independently manage a monthly requisition load of 25-30, balancing urgency with candidate experience.
  • Plan and execute hiring events to accelerate outreach and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Partner with field leaders to understand hiring needs and coach them on best-in-class selection practices.
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm at every touchpoint.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in sales, retail, or insurance.
  • Proven success managing high-volume requisition loads independently (25-30/month).
  • Experience running hiring events and engaging candidates in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and high-volume recruiting strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for regional meetings and onsite support.

Why You’ll Love Working at NorthStar Memorial Group:

  • Competitive compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base with a 10% annual performance bonus.
  • Growth & development: Continuous learning through our proprietary recruiting seminars and leadership coaching.
