What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with Lodge Manager and Operations Manager to synchronize gym operations with camp schedules
  • Generate reports on gym usage, incidents, and maintenance
  • Support health, safety, and emergency drill logistics and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Completion of a college program in recreation, physical education, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in gym coordination or administration
  • Previous experience in customer service or facility maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • WHMIS and Food Safety certifications
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools
  • Experience working in remote environments or with diverse teams
