Candidates must have a college background in recreation, experience in gym administration, and solid customer service skills. This position offers an hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00 with health benefits and free accommodations on-site.

- 3–5+ years of experience in gym coordination or administration.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

- Oversee daily operations of the camp gym facility.
- Manage member check-ins, equipment maintenance, and cleaning.
- Generate reports on gym usage, incidents, and maintenance.
