- 1+ years of client support or management experience.
- 1+ years of payroll experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions and guide clients through the platform setup.
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure successful transitions.
- Maintain a rotating pipeline of approximately 30 clients.
