• 1+ years of client support or management experience.
• 1+ years of payroll experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions and guide clients through the platform setup.
• Work closely with multiple teams to ensure successful transitions.
• Maintain a rotating pipeline of approximately 30 clients.
