This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to the expansion of a well-established organization with a strong reputation across North America.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and managing existing relationships within the Toronto region. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Toronto area and available for in-person client meetings and industry events.
- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokerages and agencies in the territory.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate product and technology offerings to clients and drive adoption.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- 2–10 years of outside sales experience, ideally within financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
