We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for a remote, results-driven contract role in the personal and professional development and digital marketing space. • Plan and execute campaigns across social, content, email, and simple funnels
• Optimise landing pages and lead flows; use analytics to improve conversions
• Create and repurpose content (short-form, ads, emails; basic SEO/PPC where relevant)
• Hold professional discovery calls with warm enquiries
• Use templates, tools, and dashboards to work efficiently and independently
• Support the onboarding of qualified professionals using structured processes
• Ensure smooth communication across the team through established tools and workflows

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional work experience in Digital/Performance/Content/Growth Marketing
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong copy and messaging skills; confident with CRM/automation and funnel builders

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
