A leading software company is seeking a Payments Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day payments operations, resolve customer payment issues, and support onboarding for Phorest Pay. Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer payment issues efficiently.
- Support onboarding team for Phorest Pay setup.
- Manage chargebacks and monitor fraud metrics.
- Train customer-facing teams on Phorest Pay.
