We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team. The CTO will lead all technical aspects of the company, including product development, IT strategy, and platform architecture.
- Drive the tech roadmap and align product vision with company goals.
- Lead the development of our AI-powered platform.
- Build and manage technology teams.
- Set technical standards, oversee product development, and ensure scalability and security.
- Collaborate with the international founding team in Canada and Azerbaijan (location flexible).
- Strong background in software development & product development.
- Leadership experience managing tech teams.
- Expertise in IT strategy and aligning tech goals with business objectives.
