What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and verify results from test execution
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in fixing variances
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third‑party processors, and other business areas
- Coordinate testing with partner companies to implement quality assurance procedures before the actual deployment of the POS system
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency
- Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
- Knowledge of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac operation rules is an asset
