Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls during rotating shifts, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
  • Deliver counseling to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements.
  • Handle internal program clinical referrals and manage call queues as per established policy.
  • Report adverse events or drug reactions within the specified timeframes.
