Job summary
A leading technology firm in Ottawa is seeking a Finance Assistant for a 12-month contract. Responsibilities include supporting tax claims, financial reporting, and budget preparation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, strong communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Support Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax claim.
- Track financial reporting and identify financial risks.
- Assist in monthly expense forecasts and yearly budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external inquiries/requests.
- Organize meetings, schedule and take notes.
