A health technology company based in Toronto is seeking a Field Service Employee for Ultrasound and Patient Monitoring. Responsibilities include managing customer relations, diagnosing and servicing equipment, and adhering to administrative duties. Candidates should have 1+ years in diagnostic imaging or 3+ years in electromechanical backgrounds. Regular travel is required. Field Service Employee, Ultrasound and Patient Monitoring (Travel: Greater Toronto Area, ON)
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you'll be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The annual pay range for this position is $41,000.00 to $72,000.00, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on‑call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered.
