The role involves developing key contacts within accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining project intelligence using CRM software. This position allows for remote work and will require daily travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multiple contacts within key accounts.
• Track contract progression and key project awards.
• Communicate project developments to the commercial team.
• Utilize market data to identify and track project opportunities.
• Record intelligence in provided CRM software.
• Coordinate product testing and support new product development.
• Collaborate with distributor/partner in the Atlantic region.
