The role requires expertise in API integrations and technical troubleshooting, as well as experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - 5+ years of experience in technical implementations or partner success.
- Experience leading teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to train and mentor technical teams.
Responsabilités
- Lead and develop the Partner Success team, setting performance expectations.
- Oversee complex partner integrations and resolution of technical issues.
- Work closely with Product and Development to influence partner roadmaps.
