A leading service company in Canada seeks a Service Team Lead to orchestrate service excellence. This role involves performing complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment, collaborating with the Service Manager, and ensuring that repairs meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Journeyperson certification, over 5 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Qualificações
- 5+ years of experience in performing complex service repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to communicate effectively in daily interactions.

Responsabilidades
- Perform Service Technician duties, including diagnostics and repairs.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager for scheduling and prioritizing work.
- Field customer inquiries on technical matters.
