A leading gaming publisher is seeking a Head of Third-Party Publishing to own the end-to-end publishing function for their game portfolio. The successful candidate will manage the full P&L and drive commercial success while building and scaling the future of the company as a Web3 publisher. This is a fully remote role open to global candidates, requiring autonomy, leadership, and relationship management skills. Must be willing to travel for team meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Proven experience owning and managing the full profit and loss statement for a business unit.
Deep expertise in free-to-play monetization and optimizing product performance.
Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and decentralized gaming.
Responsabilités
Own the end-to-end publishing function for YGG Play's game portfolio.
Define portfolio strategy and manage P&L for third-party publishing.
Achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets.
