The Release Manager will play a key part in planning, scheduling, and coordinating the rollout of Enterprise Software Deployments & Windows Operating System Updates. In this role you'll independently and effectively manage all Client Relationships respective to Line of Business. In addition, the Release Manager will schedule and coordinate Application Compatibility Testing (ACT) events required for Operating System updates and other Enterprise Software.

• Schedules, manages and plans all Enterprise Software Deployments & Windows Operating System Updates to respective Line of Business / Profile
• Manages and track all deployments – trends towards month over month improvement in wait and rollout times
• Provides updates to Application Owners following all deployments
• Captures and tracks monthly metrics and deployments stats for submission to senior management
• Provides superior client experience and strengthens relationship with business partners

• Previous experience managing end to end Application Compatibility Testing for Enterprise Applications and Operating System Updates
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Skilled at raising and tracking deployment issues, strong ability to remove barriers, resolves issues of varying complexity involving stakeholders and escalates to appropriate level where required
• Previous experience planning monthly updates, monthly metrics and deployments stats for submission to senior management
• Strong communication skills - ability to ensure all communication (email, phone, etc.) is clear and concise and consistent with Code of Conduct and policies

• Previous banking experience or financial industry experience
