Financial Consolidation & Reporting
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results for their division, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and transparency.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on export business performance, including volume, gross contribution, freight costs, S&D costs, and G&A expenses.
  • Provide variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, highlighting drivers of variance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop periodic management reports and dashboards tailored to export operations, enabling decision-makers to assess performance in real time.
  • Ensure consistency, transparency, and comparability in export-related reporting across geographies and business units.
Accounting & Month-End Close
  • Support month-end close, including preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, and cost allocations.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of inventory and other key accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Partner with accounting and commercial teams to ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Provide audit support through thorough documentation, reconciliations, and detailed explanations of accounting treatments.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
  • Support the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting for their division.
  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure budgets and forecasts reflect realistic assumptions and market conditions.
  • Process Management & Business Partnering
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and data consolidation processes for export operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and accounting.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for finance-related matters and work closely with commercial, logistics, operations, and treasury teams to ensure financial integrity and alignment of data across functions.
  • Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and decision-support materials.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA designation or in progress strongly preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with a strong focus on financial reporting and accounting
Salary Range

$95,000 - $105,000/year
