A global technology services company is seeking a motivated and innovative Contact Center Program Manager to oversee multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of program management experience, be fluent in both Portuguese and English, and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This remote position is open to applicants from Canada or the United States. The salary range is $83,000 – $130,000, with additional benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
Cognizant is seeking a motivated and innovative Contact Center Program Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and optimizing project management processes

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
