Role Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs, developing branding materials, designing logos, and ensuring consistency in typography across all marketing and promotional materials. The candidate will collaborate closely with the co-founders to create content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

This is an unpaid position with the opportunity for equity compensation, providing ownership in a fast-growing tech company.

What You’ll Do :

• Design engaging visual assets for brand, product, investor decks, and social campaigns
• Support UI / UX mockups, illustrations, and marketing materials
• Create motion graphics and short videos (if applicable) to explain product features
• Collaborate with the founding team on visual strategy and creative direction
• Help define and evolve EIO’s brand guidelines and visual identity

What We’re Looking For :

• A strong portfolio showing creativity and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of design and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in sync with fast-paced teams
• Passion for AR / VR, spatial computing, or emerging technologies
• Great communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points For :

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Basic video editing, motion graphics, or animation experience
• Familiarity with Figma, Blender, Unity, or 3D tools
• Startup or tech industry experience
